Milan "O7" Bailey is a hip hop and krump dancer and choreographer from New Jersey. At 18, he began pursuing a career in dance right after high school. He joined his first hip hop dance company based out of Plainfield, NJ called Redef Movement.

Two years later, after consistently training in krump and hip hop in New York City, he then joined the NYC based dance company and program, Urban Dance League (UDL). Milan then has worked on music videos and many performances.

Once he began to establish a strong presence in NYC and NJ, Milan started teaching krump classes and training dancers in Krump. He has taught at studios such as Broadway Dance Center, Brickhouse, EXPG, Joffrey Dance School, The Hive Studio, and many more studios and programs.

Now, Milan leads New Jersey's krump community, has a strong reputation in NYC and Montreal, and currently residing in Las Vegas for a residency.
